It's probably Aya Shirase, but I've never added it because I've seen a few mistakes on the IM@S DB and a lot of mistakes in JASRAC's romaji search. I've been keeping an eye out for her name elsewhere, but since she seemingly vanished in 2011, I haven't had any luck.

When three sources agree and there are no alternative readings anywhere else (and the reading just makes sense), I'd say it's time to use it.
