New info from "OK, LET'S HEAR THE GAME MUSIC!"

@Rage_Beat06 has uploaded scans to OK, LET'S HEAR THE GAME MUSIC!, a game music book from 2002 that is largely made up of interviews with game music people that were active at the time. The little of it I've read has had me gasping and pointing at the screen, so I thought it might be best to collate the findings in a thread here.

And to give an example of what I'm hollering at, here is a snippet of Manami Matsumae's discography in page 41. In this list alone is further confirmation that Matsumae worked on Esper Dream 2 (a claim that was previously unsourced but independently confirmed), an previously unknown (AFAIK) credit for Contra Spirits that was only hinted at by her being thanked in the album release, and a whole bunch of freelance Sunsoft credits that are new to me (O-Chan no Oekaki Logic, Game no Tatsujin). I'm sure there's more hiding in here elsewhere.

(I've owned this book since release, but had only posted a few pages, and never got around to doing the whole thing.)
