In Aqua Blue, it's true that there's music by Hirashima, but it's all re-used from GIGA's Ripple from the same year. The new music (which uses a slightly different naming convention) sounds like a different artist to me. With 笹目りゃん being credited in other games (for Special Thanks) alongside Hirashima, I don't think they are the same person. Same with Hardwani as well, I'm pretty certain that the issue came from his and Hirashima's' similar aliases (R-H/R.H) which led to overlap on some sites.
