I believe some members having been complementing the discography of Seikou Nagaoka who I'm not sure is a anime-central composer. Our original stance was that we'd accept general albums if some 1) prominent 2) game- or anime-central artists were ever involved, but the second condition is often overlooked or not considered, and I have no idea where our recent stance is, and perhaps if the submission doesn't require much moderation effort, it'd be accepted.
