I don't see any reason for Rejection.
Artist in compser\arranger field are displayed both in kanji and romaji - depening of user settings.
Also, artist is printed on cover in japanese, I can post scan of cover as proof.

Well, as VGMdb is targeted at English users, we normally try to provide artist names in English. So even if it's "植松 伸夫" that's printed on the booklet, what we put into the artist field instead is "Nobuo Uematsu". The exception is when the reading of an Eastern artist's Kanji name isn't confirmed (in that case, we shouldn't guess the reading and leave it in Kanji). Also, if an artist doesn't have their own profile page, the user setting of "Title / Name Language" doesn't affect how the artist's name is displayed on the album page. For this album, we were at least certain how to read ひらぶきゆうこ and ゆっくり. 伊藤理恵子's reading also seemed to be confirmed here, so I decided to reject your edit.

On the other hand, for an artist with no profile page, I'd always like to leave both Japanese and English in the note field, since Kanji/Hira/Kana is important information too. I don't know if it's our official policy, though.

Yuko Hirabuki -> ひらぶきゆうこ - page exist.

Ok, I linked it to her page. Does anybody know which is official, Yuko and Yuuko? As I thought a difference on our romanization stance wouldn't be qualified as "variation", I changed it to Yuuko for now.
