I asked CDJapan if they're going to stock this album. I think I can quote the answer here:

Based on my emails with CHiCO, the CD should be ready by mid July. I know this conflicts with what Amazon mentions, so they might be using that as a placeholder.

I can ask her next time I speak with her. I had just sent an email to her earlier today, before I saw the "distribution" problem thread, so when she responds, I'll ask her about it.

I got this message back. I'll ask about the distribution, etc. now:

Just now, we are working to finish the CD( just Mastering now.)!!
And after pressng, On July 7 it will come out.

So, July 7th seems to be the official release date, but not sure if we should change it just yet.

Not yet. Haven't heard back from her since I asked the question. I know they are working on a new game at the moment (no idea what) and I'm sure they are busy. Will keep you updated.
